You missed one!
You know all those emails you get where it talks about all the things moms are; taxi drivers, nurses, teachers, cooks, maids, etc.? Well it forgot the most important (and HARDEST) job of all! Cardiac surgeon! Having to put back together the broken heart of a teenager really SUCKS!

Coincidence?
Ever notice how everytime Facebook upgrades or adds additional things with the games the whole site goes to caacaa for a few days?
I still think Facebook is run by Yahoo!

Kids, they TRULY are something else!
Part of a recent conversation with my daughter
Me: For God Sakes, don't tell your dad boys are looking at your ass!! He'll send you to an all girls school or convent!
Her: Great, then it will be lesbians looking at my ass!
DEAR GOD!! SHE HAS MY HUMOR!

So now we just wait!
Hubby finished the second coat of paint on the bedroom walls last night. We went with a Montana Tan. My verdict is still out on it, to be honest. In the day I like it, it looks more tan, but at nighttime...hmmmmm.. it has a more "greeny" tone to it that I am not 100% sure I like. For some reason, it makes me think of what you find in a baby's diaper after you give it peas for the first time! Hubby, on the other hand, absolutely loves it (like it is about him?). I guess the true test will be when we get the draperies hung and the new bed, bedding, headboard and accessories in there. I'm not one of those "designer/has to all coordinate" kinda of chickies, so this will be a totally NEW experience for me. At this point, all I want is my bed LOL! Couldn't care LESS what it looks like, just want to NOT be sleeping on the boxspring and mattress that is on the floor. Hopefully, when hubby calls the store at lunch time, the guy says YES IT IS HERE IN THE WAREHOUSE!! Delivery is included when you buy it, but screw that since they won't be able to get it out till the first of week, hubby will be picking that sucker up! All we have left to do is make the headboard. Hubby brought an old flat panel door home from a job and we bought foam and fabric and are going to cover it and make ourselves a fancy-schmancy headboard. (I think we watch WAY to many of those room makeover shows on TV). I can't wait!
