google the template for blogspot then you will have to get the code and paste it into the layout part of the program. There is a tab that says layout on the dashboard.
The one I have up is like that ... just find one online .. there are sites when templates.
I havent tried... but no you can't simply upload a picture for a background. It is more complicated than that. I wish it weren't but ... lets just say.... Sam has a degree in Computer programming and she had to help me learn to do it....

Do does this mean you are not able to create a custom one from a file on your computer like you could with yahoo360?
