Beef Stew

1 1/2 pounds stew beef, cut into cubes
1/4 Cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
3 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 tsp kitchen bouquet (gravy browner) (optional~~I never use)
~~Place meat in bottom of crock-pot.
~~Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat.
~~Add remianing ingredients and stir to mix. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. (High 4-5 hours).
~~Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
